About Tracy Peddicord

My family moved to Ashland in the late 80’s from the San Francisco Bay Area, and my sister and I attended school here. After college at UC Davis and many years in Northern California, I moved back to Ashland with my own children in 2010. Ashland is truly unique; a vibrant small town with nature close at hand and world class cultural attractions. We love living here. I’m grateful for the outstanding education offered to my kids and the close knit community.

As both a real estate broker and landscape architect I’ve spent my working life helping people realize their dreams for their homes, ranging from small urban lots to rural acreage across the Rogue Valley. I love meeting new people, developing relationships, and helping them through the years as they take on new projects or change homes. I understand the complexity of coordinating many moving parts. It is my job to help you navigate your process with calm, persistent advocacy, whether you are buying or selling.

I currently serve on the Ashland Wildfire Safety Commission and have spent time on the Planning Commission, Tree Commission, and John Muir School PTC. I am always keen to add to my working knowledge of real estate, architecture, and community. My work, creative pursuits, and passions are one and the same.
