About Sophia Wiencek
Sophia has been an Ashland native since 2004 and has spent a lifetime becoming familiar with the area and all the wonderful charms the Rogue Valley has to offer. Attending Waldorf Siskiyou School here in Ashland for all eight years of grade school, Sophia learned to cultivate true intellectual connections.
Obtaining her license at 20 years old, Sophia has come from a long line of real estate professionals in her family. Following high school graduation, Sophia moved to Boulder Colorado to work with her cousin and his asset management company, learning the ins and outs of the real estate management industry. Having an interest in real estate investing, it was natural for Sophia to become a Broker.
Having studied real estate in both Colorado and Oregon, Sophia has much to share with all your real estate inquiries. With thoughtful communication, attention to detail and a well organized personality, Sophia guides her clients through the buying and selling process with a stress free and smooth approach. She is dedicated, reliable, organized and easily adaptable.
Outside of the office, Sophia loves to cook for her family, spend quality time with her dogs, ski Mt. Ashland and roller-skate along the greenway.
